Hi my name is Roberta.  My journey with Isagenix began on August 28, 2007.  My father is actually my "why" for doing this.  He was diagnosed with a Stage 4 medical condition 5 years ago and he lived to his 5 year anniversary.  We all took a collective breath thinking he was out of the woods.  However, this past July he was diagnosed with the same condition again.  When speaking with him regarding why he thinks he is back at the same place he was 5 years ago, he said it is because he didn't change his eating habits.  This triggered in me the need to pay close attention to my own health issues.  I was 85 lbs overweight, and I had an "aha" moment where my false beliefs that "poor health is for older people" came flooding in on me and I realized, that poor health "surfaces" more often in older age, but  our health is actually determined by what we do in our younger years.Thus the journey began.  By the end of my first long  cycle to my utter amazement I have dropped 25 lbs,  43.5 inches and three clothing sizes. I have never experienced anything like this before in my life!  As of today May 9,2008, I have dropped 60 lbs, and I feel the best I have felt in 15 years! Our  future is looking very bright.  I wake up everyday, thankful that I have another day to live out this wonderful dream.  I look forward with great anticipation, to participating in  ALL that God has in store for my life.  Thank you God, Michelle,  Kimber,Kathy, Jodi, Bonnie and the rest of the Isagenix family for providing me with the vehicle to get my health in line and my financial situation rockin'!  Life is either a daring adventure, or it is nothing at all!
